We recommend freezing our muffins as soon as you receive them, and defrosting whenever you are ready to eat! Our frosting has a shelf life of 4 weeks at room temperature and up to 8 months if refrigerated.

We use clean, simple ingredients that are gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free and keto friendly.

We ship orders every Monday or Tuesday via FedEx Priority. You can expect to receive your order 2-4 days after ship date.

Our frostings are butter based so over time the butter will soften and liquify but not to worry! If your frosting arrived melted give it a good shake to mix it up then pop it into the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
